Using the editor
Do I need an account to edit a PDF?
No. Open a document at /editor and start editing straight away. An account is useful for keeping track of purchases, but it is not required to edit.
Where is my document stored?
In your own browser. Documents are held in local storage and are never uploaded to a server. Clearing site data or switching browser removes them.
Can I change text that is already in the PDF?
Yes. Click the text and choose Edit this text. The size, position, and colour are taken from the original; the font is matched to the closest available family, and you can change any of it.
Can I move or delete something already in the PDF?
Yes. Select it and choose Move or resize to lift it onto a layer you can drag, or Remove to cover it. For artwork that is not text or an image, use the Grab area tool to box it first.
Paying
What costs money?
Only downloading. Opening a document and editing it is free, with every tool available, and the editor shows the finished result so you can confirm it before you pay.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page. Make Creati never receives or stores your card number.
Documents and support
What documents can I work with?
PDFs, plus PNG and JPG images, that you own or are authorized to modify. Files up to 50 MB.
Do I need to own the file?
You must own the document or have permission to modify it. MakeCreati is not for falsifying documents, impersonating institutions, changing official records, or creating deceptive paperwork.
How are files handled?
Your document is opened and edited in your own browser. It is not uploaded to our servers, and it stays available on that device until you delete it or clear your site data. Clearing site data or switching browser removes it, so keep your own copy of anything important.
When do I receive a finished file?
Straight away. Editing happens in your browser as you work, and the finished file downloads the moment your payment completes. There is no queue and no waiting for review.
Do you publish fixed prices?
Yes. A single export is $3.99, a week pass with unlimited exports for 7 days is $4.99, and unlimited monthly is $6.99. Editing is free, and you pay only when you download. Florida sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
What happens if I need help?
Use the contact page or the support link inside your account. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, or sensitive credentials by ordinary email.
Can I download my orders and PDFs?
Yes. Your documents are listed under My PDFs on the device you edited them on, and you can re-export a document you have paid for as many times as you like.
Can you change official records?
No. MakeCreati only supports lawful document work on files you own or are authorized to modify. Requests that falsify, impersonate, or alter official records are outside the service.
