Is a signature added here valid?
Whether an electronic signature satisfies a particular agreement depends on the parties and the law that applies to it. Check with the other party or an attorney when the document matters.
Can I reuse a signature on other documents?
Yes. Your saved signature stays in your account, so you can place it on the next document without drawing it again.
Can I sign a Word document?
Not directly. Save or export the Word document as a PDF first - Word does this from File then Save As - and upload that.
How do I add a date next to my signature?
Date and initial fields can be placed alongside the signature. The date can be typed in or set to the day you sign.
What if someone else needs to sign as well?
Sign PDF adds your own signature to a document. Sending a document to someone else to sign is not something we offer.
Whose signature may I add?
Sign your own name, on documents you own or are authorized to sign. Do not apply another person's signature to a document.
