Get your purchase back

A purchase is remembered by the browser you bought it in. Clear your browsing data, switch to another device, or open a private window, and it will not follow you. Tell us the address you paid with and we will email a link that puts it back.

Your documents themselves are only ever stored in the browser you edited them in. This restores what you paid for, not your files, so keep your own copy of anything you need to keep.
