Crop a PDF to trim margins or focus a page
Drag a crop box over the page and apply it to one page, a range, or the whole file. Wide scans and stray margins come back to size.
- One box across many pages
- Nothing is retyped
- Brings oversized scans back
Files stay in your browser. Use documents you own or are authorized to modify.

Service agreement
Page 1 of 3 · editing textOne box across many pages
Scans from the same feeder share the same lopsided margin. Set the crop once and apply it to every page in the file.
Nothing is retyped
Cropping changes the visible page area only. Text inside the region you keep stays selectable and searchable.
Brings oversized scans back
A legal-size scan of letter-size content returns to a normal shape, which also helps it print at the size you expect.
What you can expect
Clear commitments, not claims
Your files stay yours
Documents are scoped to your account and tied to the project that created them. You choose when a file is shared or removed.
Costs shown before you pay
Self-serve work and quoted work are separated clearly. You see what a request costs before anything is charged.
Honest about limits
We say what a tool does and does not do. Make Creati is for documents you own or are authorized to modify.
Draft content notice. A competitor page would show customer testimonials here. Make Creati has no published reviews yet, so this section states verifiable commitments instead. Swap it for real, attributed reviews once they exist — see docs/PAGE-SPECS.md.
Frequently asked questions
Does cropping delete the content outside the box?
Cropping sets a new visible page area, so the trimmed part is no longer displayed or printed. Export a flattened copy when the content must be gone from the file entirely.
Can I crop only one page?
Yes. Apply the box to the current page, to a range such as 3-8, or to all pages in one step.
Will cropping reduce the file size?
Usually not by much, because the underlying page objects are still stored. Run Compress PDF when size is the goal.
Can I crop a scanned document?
Yes. A scan is an image sitting on a page, and the crop box trims the visible area the same way it does for text pages.
What if I crop too much?
Your upload is unchanged, so start again from the original and set a wider box. Nothing is overwritten.
Does cropping change the page count?
No. Page order and count stay the same. Split PDF is the tool to reach for when a document needs fewer pages rather than narrower ones.
